Do you require a long-term contract?

No. We believe in earning your business every single month. While we use a standard service agreement to protect both parties and outline the scope of work, we offer flexible terms with a standard 30-day cancellation notice. We want you to stay because of our quality, not because of the fine print.


How do you calculate your pricing?

We don't believe in generic "flat rates" because every facility is different. Our pricing is based on a transparent calculation of square footage, frequency of cleaning (e.g., 3x week vs. 5x week), and your specific floor types. This ensures you only pay for exactly what you need. Request a walkthrough, and we can usually provide a quote within 24 hours.


Is it difficult to switch from my current cleaning provider?

Not at all. We handle the transition process for you. Once you approve the proposal, we perform a site intake to create your custom checklist and arrange for key/alarm exchange. We can typically start service within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Yes. Consistency is critical for security and quality. We assign a dedicated team to your facility so they learn your specific preferences, alarm codes, and priority areas. You won't have strangers revolving through your doors.

  • We have you covered. Unlike solo operators, Tidy Trend has a standby team ready to deploy. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, a supervisor or backup team member familiar with your site protocols will cover the shift. We never miss a scheduled clean.

  • We treat your security as seriously as our own. All keys are coded (never labeled with your address) and stored securely when not in use. Our teams are trained on proper alarm arming/disarming procedures, and we check all entry points before exiting your facility.

  • Absolutely. Tidy Trend carries $5 million in commercial general liability insurance, and all staff are covered by WCB. We are fully bondable and happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your records upon request.

Do you provide the cleaning supplies and toilet paper?

We provide all professional cleaning equipment and chemicals. For "consumables" (toilet paper, hand towels, soap, trash liners), we offer a management service where we monitor your inventory and restock automatically. We can often source these items at better rates than retail, saving you money and hassle.


Do you handle floor stripping and waxing, or do I need a separate vendor?

This is our specialty. Unlike general janitorial companies that outsource this work, we are floor care experts. We handle VCT strip and wax, tile scrubbing, and carpet extraction in-house using our own industrial equipment. This means better results and better accountability for your expensive flooring assets.


What time do you clean?

We work around your business hours. Most of our clients prefer evening or overnight cleaning to avoid disrupting their team, but we can also arrange Day Porter services if you need high-traffic maintenance during the day.
